Send an envelope with application/json; charset=utf-8.
Parameters
- reply: any
  The Fastify reply.
- envelope: any
  An Envelope or any JSON-serializable value.
- status: number = 200
  HTTP status. Default 200.
Returns any
The reply, so it can be returned from the handler.
